good location. a lot to eat. shopping mall is close too.

Please maintain room key regularly. I have been experienced many times about magnetic problem. The card key was not working during my stay and I replaced with new key twice per day.

Location and staff were very supportive, especially Mohamed.

Food options were good. I booked breakfast and dinner along with room and i enjoyed both. Room service was good too. The hotel is connected to mall which is the best part as we could roam around and do some shopping.

Salalah is so beautiful and scenic, for me the Jewel of Oman. Our hotel location was handy to travel around and also close to the airport. To explore Salalah you definitely need a car. We hired one from the airport. Fuel is cheap so all you need is the confidence to drive in another country. The hotel does has free parking. The hotel is attached to a mall. Nothing grand but convenient. The breakfast was excellent. Mr Livin and Mr Ahmad were so helpful and kind and the service they provide is of a high order, which is the norm for all the breakfast. team headed by Mr Happy. The hotel staff are helpful, Fatima (guest relations) Mr Mahmood (front office), Vipin, Tarak and others working hard to ensure our stay was satisfactory. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean but possibly needs updating. The mall does come to life in the evenings which makes the atmosphere more enjoyable around the hotel grounds. The landscaping is nice which adds to the appeal of the restaurants and coffee places. Try the Lebanese Restaurant although we mostly ate out as we were travelling around discovering beautiful Salalah. There is also a Carrefour supermarket in the mall where you can pretty much find anything and everything. Overall a good base to explore and enjoy beautiful SALALAH.

The hotel inside the mall. The general ambience of the mall and hotel was very good. Spending the evenings in the mall garden was wonderful

Nothing very specific. The toilet / bathroom could be improved further. Of course, nothing to complain. The separate single bed could be better

I am a solo traveller and came to Salalah alone with no expectations and limited plans. The hotel helped me to arrange an afternoon city tour last minute, which was great. As always, Oman is a beautiful, peaceful and welcoming country and the people reflect this - expat and local alike. The staff were very welcoming to me (particularly the lovely housekeeping and front desk teams) and I felt at ease here and quite comfortable. The hotel is in a central location and is linked to the Mall so you can go for coffee and to the store for water and groceries etc.

Maybe extend the breakfast timing to 11 instead of 10:30. Only because I'm a late riser!

Especially the reception manager Abid and the attendant Osama are really people who know their job very well. Mr. Abid walks around the lobby and talks with all customers. He's getting his ideas. A General Manager is trying to take the job under his direction. Really great. The rooms were very comfortable, comfortable, breakfast was fantastic.

The room is so basic, no table or couch for sitting and dinning in room, bed is not comfortable at all , table lights connected in one switch not working separately , in the bathroom they inserted DANGEROUSLY the door stopper right in the middle of the bathroom it knocked my toes hurting me badly

We had a late evening flight and requested for delayed check out and Mr Osama the front desk assistant was kind enough to extend our check out time until 4.00pm

the staff was very friendly and cooperatives. the house keeping is ready and stand by for any call in any time the location of the hotel is very ideal and perfect

Personally I like the location as when you have busy day outside you can enjoy in the mall, garden, food court, and many shops and resterents around

My room was in the opposite building and far from the lobby

Great welcoming. Juice and a free upgrade to a bedroom + living room and kitchen made by the very professional front desk Phillipino lady, Ruwina. Also the security gentlemen Mr. Mihri gave us great advice on where to visit in Salalah.

Everything was perfect. From check in to check out. Special praise to the bell boy Tareq and the front desk officer, Gerald.

location is so good close to everything and beside the hotel there is a mall so its perfect , i got upgraded from delux room to a suite so it was a nice surprise , very clean room , i recommend the place

the staff in the reception are not helpful that much
